DNS服務問題

我在linux里配置了DNS服務。但是在winXp里用nslookup解析的時候出現這麼個提示：
C:\>nslookup dns.beny.com
DNS request timed out.
timeout was 2 seconds.
*** Can't find server name for address 192.168.1.3: Timed out
*** Default servers are not available
Server: UnKnown
Address: 192.168.1.3
Name: dns.beny.com
Address: 192.168.1.3

雖然從最下面看起來，是解析成功了的。但是前面的timed out是什麼意思俺不太明白。超時了嗎？可是linux和xp的網路是通的，都能ping到對方.

達人解釋下行不。
