架設DNS伺服器，運行中的怪問題，求助！！
自己用BIND9架設了DNS伺服器，用以解析自己網站的域名，運行了幾天，發現的奇怪問題。客戶端用的是電信提供的DNS，自己的網站是通過自架的DNS伺服器解析的。問題如下：
第1個問題：
如果客戶端DNS搜索順序中只有電信提供的地址時，有時打不開自己的網頁，過一會就好。把自己的DNS伺服器地址加上去就可以打開。此時，如果在客戶端nslookup查詢時，有如下信息：
C:\Documents and Settings\ljy>nslookup
Default Server: a.center-dns.jsinfo.net
Address: 218.2.135.1
> ns.jaas.ac.cn
Server: a.center-dns.jsinfo.net
Address: 218.2.135.1
Non-authoritative answer:
Name: ns.jaas.ac.cn
Address: 210.73.154.100
> ns.jaas.ac.cn
Server: a.center-dns.jsinfo.net
Address: 218.2.135.1
*** a.center-dns.jsinfo.net can't find ns.jaas.ac.cn: Server failed

有時會連續幾個*** a.center-dns.jsinfo.net can't find ns.jaas.ac.cn: Server failed
繼續查詢又可以查到。如果將自己的DNS設在前面，就不會有這樣的問題。
第2個問題：
我在zone文件中設置的域名，IP地址做了更改，用nslookup查詢的時候卻一會是原來的，一會是現在的。這是為什麼？

公網DNS伺服器對外是一個IP，實際上是很多DNS伺服器的一個群，你每次查詢不見得都從一個DNS上得到結果。

實際情況是，有時打不開我們自己的網站。鬱悶！
我在http://www.checkdns.net/quickcheck.aspx?domain=jaas.ac.cn&detailed=1查了一下，有下面的錯誤：
1、CheckDNS.NET checks if all NS have the same version
Master DNS defined by SOA (jaas.ac.cn) was not found among NS records.
Your server has zone version 2004081201
2、CheckDNS.NET is verifying if NS are alive
NS list mismatch: registration authority reports that domain is hosted on the following servers: 'ns.jaas.ac.cn', but DNS server ns.jaas.ac.cn reports domain to be hosted on 'jaas.ac.cn'. Please make sure that you configure the same DNS servers in registrar database and on your DNS
這個是不是ns record的問題？ns record在哪裡改？
