KDE Plasma 5.19.3 釋出，Bug 修復版本

KDE Plasma 5.19.3 現已釋出，這是一個針對 KDE Plasma 5 的錯誤修正更新版本。Plasma 5.19 於 2020 年 6 月釋出，具有許多功能改進和新模組，以完善桌面體驗。

5.19.3 版本增加了兩週來 KDE 貢獻者提供的新翻譯和修復程式。具體內容包括有：

KWin：確保 tablet coordinates 考慮到 decorations。Commit。修復錯誤＃423833
修復未安裝檔案管理器時的 KCM 崩潰。Commit。修復錯誤＃422819
Powerdevil：用 Qt 5.15 修復編譯，也撞上了 time bomb。Commit。
