cs 和 in 都非常高，但是 IO CPU 不高 現在load很高
環境
CentOS release 4.4 (Final)
php+apache+mysql
cs 和 in 都非常高，bo高（mysql寫入量大但是無延時產生）但是 IO CPU 不高
現在load非常高，有沒有辦法降下來?）
過去5 秒的平均 中斷率
Option：
in：設備每秒中斷數
sy: 系統每秒呼叫數
cs: cpu 內容切換率
