425 Failed to establish connection

搭建ftp虛擬用戶
但問題外網連不上了

顯示425 Failed to establish connection
配置文件如下：
local_root=/game/feng/lan
write_enable=YES
anon_world_readable_only=NO
anon_upload_enable=YES
anon_mkdir_write_enable=YES
anon_other_write_enable=YES
local_max_rate=256000

但還一點內網完全正常

local_max_rate=256000
這限速不起作用

求助

vsftpd+pam=虛擬用戶登錄FTP伺服器

外網登陸出問題，內網全屬正常
