Apache Commons Text 1.9 釋出了，Commons Text 是一個專注於處理字串的演算法庫，它包含一組用於在 Java 環境中使用的處理文字的函式與可重用元件。
此版本需要 Java 8 環境，新增加了一系列函式，包括：StringMatcher.size()、org.apache.commons.text.StringSubstitutor.StringSubstitutor(StringSubstitutor)、org.apache.commons.text.TextStringBuilder.drainChar(int) 與 org.apache.commons.text.TextStringBuilder.set(String) 等，重構了 TextStringBuilder.readFrom(Readable)；修復了一系列 bug，並升級了多項元件。
